At HunterCiti, every item is made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

When We’ll Fix It — Free of Charge

If your order arrives:

      Damaged or defective

      With a printing error or quality issue

      Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@hunterciti.com with:

1.    Your order number

2.    A clear photo of the issue

We will offer you a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

What We Cannot Cover

      Wrong size ordered — please check our size chart before ordering

      Change of mind after purchase

      Orders where delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
