Production time varies by product type:

–      Graphic T-shirts: 1–2 business days

–      Sweatshirts & Hoodies: 2–4 business days

–      Blankets & Home Goods: 3–5 business days

We currently ship within the United States only.

–      Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days after production

–      Total Estimated Time: 3–7 business days from order to doorstep

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

If you contact the carrier to redirect a package after it has shipped, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.

How to Change or Cancel Your Order

Changed your mind? Email us at customerservice@hunterciti.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the details of the change or cancellation.

Once your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
