Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays observed by the postal service, such as:

- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Processing Time: 2 – 7 business days (during regular seasons). Orders may take longer during peak seasons or under unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 7 business days (domestic orders).
For international orders, delivery may take an additional 1 – 2 weeks.

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (USPS or DHL)

❗We currently do not ship to U.S. Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 2 – 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If no tracking information appears, it likely means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet. Tracking events will update once it’s scanned.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you contact the shipping carrier to forward or redirect the package after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind, please email us at customerservice@hunterciti.com within 3 hours of placing your order.
Include your order number and the details of the modification or cancellation.
Once your order is being processed, we are unable to cancel or change it.
